AIFLOW may process content generation requests, prompts, uploaded media, generated assets, scheduling information, publication history, campaign information, analytics, support requests, and workflow configuration data.
2.3 Technical Information
AIFLOW may collect technical usage information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
Connected Platforms
3.1 Connected Account Data
When the Customer connects a Third-Party Platform, AIFLOW may process identifiers, authorization tokens, granted permissions, account names, publishing destinations, connection status, and related information required to provide the requested integration.
AIFLOW uses official authorization mechanisms where supported and does not request or store the Customer's Third-Party Platform passwords.
3.2 TikTok Data
When a Customer connects TikTok, AIFLOW may request permissions needed to identify the connected account, display connection status, prepare publishing workflows, and publish Customer-approved content.
AIFLOW does not sell TikTok user data and does not use TikTok data for unauthorized profiling, resale, or unrelated advertising purposes.
How We Use Information
4.1 Service Operation
AIFLOW uses information to operate the platform, authenticate users, create and maintain client workspaces, connect authorized accounts, generate marketing assets, schedule and publish approved content, provide analytics, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests.
4.2 Security and Compliance
AIFLOW may use information to maintain security, prevent abuse and fraud, investigate technical issues, enforce contractual rules, comply with legal obligations, and respond to valid legal requests.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
5.1 Authorized Service Providers
AIFLOW may share limited information with trusted service providers required to operate the Services, including providers of hosting, databases, authentication, automation, storage, artificial intelligence, payments, analytics, communications, and social publishing.

ORCA AI LLC does not sell or rent Customer personal information.
Data Retention and Deletion
6.1 Retention
AIFLOW retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.
6.2 Customer Requests
Customers may request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of information, subject to identity verification and any applicable legal or operational retention requirements.
